GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Booking: Via the online booking system or by e-mail. A confirmation will follow as soon as possible.

Payment: The reservation confirmation states the amount to be paid. This amount must be paid within two weeks of receiving the

reservation confirmation. We do not send a confirmation of receipt of the deposit.

Cancellation policy: For cancellation up to one month before the reserved arrival date: Refund of 50% of the total amount

minus € 20.00 administration costs. In case of cancellation within one month before the booked arrival date or during the stay: 100% of the

total amount remains due.
