The reception desk is located at the centre of the campground, opposite the canteen. There you can find practical help but also a wealth of information about things to see around, outdoor activities. There are also shower tokens, souvenirs, cigarettes, ice creams, postcards and stamps, roadmaps and hiking maps, batteries and outdoor sports articles on sale. During mid and low season some of the shop’s items are also available at reception.
Receptionists are knowledgeable and experienced. They are here to answer any question you may have. On our webpages ‘tourist highlights’, ‘small towns and villages’, ‘shops and markets’ and ‘events calendar’, you will get many ideas for a day out, a visit or a walk around. And everything is accessible from the campsite! The reception desk is also the main way to contact staff at Le Roptai. If ever something is amiss or if you have a complaint, we will be delighted to assist you and find a solution. Just come and see us!
During registration upon arrival you will be given all necessary information about your pitch or your accommodation, about waste disposal (please visit our web page ‘the green owl’), about on-site activities, and about facilities such as the swimming pool, the canteen, the shop and the launderette.
At reception we are also in charge during high season of registrations for different activities under the supervision of our team members.
If you need a doctor we can direct you to the closest doctor or pharmacy on duty. The closest hospital is in Aye, near Marche-en-Famenne (25 km away). We have a first-aid room on-site.
You can also manage your connection to the campsite wifi at reception, get a discount for riding sessions, for kayaking down the Lesse or get the PassHan, which gives you a discount on all activities at Han-sur-Lesse, located 5km away from the campsite.

If you arrive outside opening hours you can go and choose a pitch and come to the reception the next day to get your registration sorted. If you booked accommodation, we let you know beforehand how to get the key.
