By car: from motorway E411 (Brussels-Luxembourg) take exit 23. Follow signs for Han-sur-Lesse, that means at the corner of the big rose hotel you turn right. The first village is the village of Ave. At the church you turn left and go up the hill. Turn in the (dangerous) curve to the left and follow the signs for 'Le Roptai' up the hill. http://maps.google.be/

Public transport: get off the train at the station of Rochefort-Jemelle at 12.39pm 5.39pm or 7.39pm  from Brussels (train towards Luxembourg). At those times, the whole year through a bus departs, number 29 at 12.45pm, 5.45pm or 7.45pm direction Wellin/Grupont. Get off the bus after 20 minutes at Ave-Eglise (ask the driver) and walk up the hill for 1 kilometer (follow signs for Le Roptai). Your stay at Le Roptai

Our goal is that everyone who stays at Le Roptai can be satisfied. If ever you face problems... Please tell us directly, so we can look out for a good solution.

During your stay we are there for you. In high season we are available from 8.30 am to 1 am in the night.

At arrival you will get all the needed information at our reception desk. When it's busy at the reception desk, please come back later to get all the information you need. We are happy to tell you about our conditions, as well as for the yearly pitches as for the other pitches and accommodations.

During cleaning of the sanitary units, please ask where the next building is.

If ever there is a defect in one of the accommodations you stay in, please tell us so we can fix it. If you suffer urgernt problems we will come immediately.

Unfortunately some people who are unsatisfied tell their story later on internetpages. Please if you have an unsatisfaction tell us directly so we can do something about it during your stay. If you are satisfied please tell others (some internetpages are very useful for that too...)
